25 Years.
One Tech.
Zero Excuses.

No call centers. No runaround. Just me, showing up and getting it done. Computer repair, AV, networking, smart home — one van, one set of hands, 25 years of doing this.

Same day available. Most repairs done same or next day. If I can't fix it, the diagnosis costs you nothing.

What's in the bag

I don't come empty-handed.

Most calls are a known problem with a known part. So the part is already in the case: drives, memory, power supplies, cables, a spare router, the screwdriver set nobody else has the right bit for. One visit, not "I'll have to order that."

I work on Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface and custom-built PCs. If your machine has a lid, a case or a rack, I have opened one like it.

Big-company expertise, neighborhood-level care. MCSE. CCNP. CompTIA A+ and Network+. Still just one guy with a case of tools.

Callout sheet

Tick what's broken. I'll bring the rest.

Four kinds of job. Most visits are one of these, sometimes two at once. I'll figure it out, explain it in plain English, and fix it right.

Work order · Timmons Tech Solutions No. 0001 – ∞ Tech on site: Nick

01Computer Repair

Won't turn on, turns on and does nothing, turns on and screams. Dead drives, cracked screens, swollen batteries, the coffee incident. Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, and the custom rig your nephew built.

Most repairs same or next day. Parts usually in the van.

02AV Setup and Installation

TVs on walls, projectors, soundbars and speakers, conference rooms that actually connect on the first try. Cables run clean, not draped.

03IT Support and Networking

Wi-Fi that dies in the back bedroom. The router the cable company gave you. Printers that vanish. Shared drives, backups, email that stopped syncing, a small office that needs somebody to call who isn't a ticket queue. I'm CCNP and MCSE certified, which mostly means I've done this at scale and now prefer doing it at your kitchen table.

Networks held together with prayers and outdated routers: a specialty.

04Smart Home and Home Theater

"Smart" homes that won't listen. Thermostats, locks, cameras, lighting, voice assistants, and a home theater that your family can operate without you.

Who I work for

Three kinds of front door.

Same van, same tools, same person. The jobs differ; the way I show up doesn't.

  • Homeowners

The family laptop, the TV that lost its inputs, the doorbell camera that's offline again. I come to the house, I explain what happened, I leave it working.

Kitchen table · living room · that closet with the modem
  • Home offices

You can't work if the machine's down, and you can't ship it away for a week. Same-day where possible, backups that actually run, a second monitor that actually connects.

Spare room · basement · the desk by the window
  • Small businesses

Front counter, back office, the register that talks to the printer that talks to nothing. A network that's set up properly once, and a person to call when it isn't.

Storefront · clinic · shop floor · studio

In Nick's words

I've seen it all — laptops dropped in coffee, "smart" homes that won't listen, networks held together with prayers and outdated routers.

I'll figure it out, explain it in plain English, and fix it right.

Dead laptop? Ring now.

You get me, not a menu. Tell me what it's doing, or not doing. I'll tell you straight if it's worth fixing and roughly when I can be at your door.
