Sheet 1 — Fig. 2
Four service areas, one wiring diagram.
-
Zone A — workstations, laptops
Computer Repair
Everything in Fig. 1. Diagnostics, malware, screens, keyboards, batteries, data recovery, OS reinstalls, RAM and storage. Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Surface, custom builds. Most of it back in your hands same or next day.
-
Zone B — modem, router, switch, NAS
IT Support and Networking
Home offices and small businesses. I have walked into too many
networks held together with prayers and outdated routers.
I replace what is failing, wire what should be wired, set up the backup, and leave you a network you can actually describe to the next person. -
Zone C — receiver, TV, speakers
AV Setup and Installation
TV mounting, receivers, speakers, the cables you do not want to see. Set up so one remote does the job and the whole family can run it without calling me.
-
Zone D — hub, devices
Smart Home and Home Theater
Hubs, devices and theater rooms that work together instead of fighting each other, on a network that can carry them. Explained in plain English before I leave.
Procedure — bench
How a repair goes across my bench.
Four steps. Same for a homeowner's laptop and a small business's file server. The rule in step 02 is the one people remember.
-
01INTAKE
Tell me what it did.
What happened, when it started, what you tried. Call or email. If it is a same-day job, say so.
Same day available -
02DIAGNOSIS
I open it up and find the fault.
Not a guess from the symptom. The actual fault, on the bench, with the machine open. If it does not lead to a repair, you do not pay for the diagnosis. Ever.
Diagnosis with no repair: $0 -
03REPAIR
I fix it right.
I carry common parts, so screens, batteries, RAM and drives do not wait on a shipment. Most repairs go out same or next day.
Most repairs: same / next day -
04HANDBACK
I explain it in plain English.
What was wrong, what I did, what to watch for. You should be able to repeat it to someone else without a dictionary.
One tech. Same person, start to finish.
